About the role
Interpreting truck parts for trade and retail customers, managing inquiries, and handling stock. Full-time position with competitive pay.
Duties
- Interpreting truck parts to trade & retail customers plus workshop staff.
- Answering phone and email enquiries
- Service front counter and busy phone room
- Pick and pack stock
- Prepare quotes and follow up orders
- Mon-Fri plus every second Saturday half day
- Offering between $27 - $32ph depending on experience
- Full-time permanent position
- Heavy Vehicle parts experience – preferably American vehicle experience
- Inventory and warehousing experience
- Superior customer service skills
- Strong computer skills and ability to pick up new systems
- A stable work history will be highly regarded
