About the role
This role is an integral part of the business and will rely on an efficient and enthusiastic experienced parts interpreter to join the team.
Duties
- Interact with customers and internal staff to assess spare parts requirements.
- Assist customers in selecting and ordering the correct spare parts for their trucks.
- Provide accurate pricing and availability information for parts.
- Manage and organise inventory levels.
- Process orders efficiently and accurately, prioritizing urgent requests.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Collaborate closely with the service and sales teams to deliver seamless support to customers.
- Must hold previous experience as a Truck Spare Parts Interpreter
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in computer systems and inventory management software.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Heavy vehicle parts interpreting experience is essential.
- Monday – Friday + rostered Saturday

- Highly Competitive hourly rates $35.00 - $40.00
