The Role
- Raising/closing job cards
- Scheduling jobs
- Extensive customer contact
- Invoicing
- Warranty
- Liaison between workshop and customer
The Person:
- Previous experience in a service advising role (with truck or transport industry experience)
- Strong work ethic
- Excellent computer and phone skills
- Mechanical background or aptitude
- Excellent customer service skills
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
