About the role
Become an essential part of a leading automotive team in the role of Dealer Support. Your expertise will ensure the Dealer network receives the right parts and accessories, contributing to seamless operations and customer satisfaction.

Duties
- Expertly assist in parts sourcing and interpretation.
- Keep Dealers and customers updated on order progress.
- Collaborate cross-functionally for efficient responses.
- Liaise with global counterparts for part availability.
- Proactively contribute to our parts business objectives.
- Stay abreast of industry changes and communicate effectively.
- Respond diligently to Dealer inquiries and process VOR orders promptly.
- Collaborate with Dealer Support Specialists to create training material.
- Complete any other related duties as required.
- Must have experience in Automotive Parts.
- Proficiency in using computer systems
- Well-presented and polished appearance
- Strong communicator and customer service skills.
- Enjoys solving puzzles and problems
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Competitive salary $70,000 - $80,000 + Super
- Monday to Friday schedule for work-life balance.
- WFH!! – Work from home 2 days a week after training period
