About the role
This position would suit an individual looking to progress their career to the next stage or an experienced manager looking to add success to a fantastic business with a great team. The right candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the parts department.
Duties
- Maintaining accurate records of inventory, sales and customer transactions using our software system,
- Monitor inventory levels of standard stock items to ensure adequate stock is available to meet customer needs,
- Collaborate with service technicians and sales to identify and source required parts
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Experience in the mechanical or parts field in a similar position,
- Strong organisational and inventory management skills
- Parts management, vendor management,
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills,
- Experience in parts and materials within the automotive industry
- Strong understanding of safety requirements,
- Ability to work under pressure, multi-task and meet deadlines.
- Great attitude and a fun personality are a must!
