The Job:
- Developing and implement E-learning safety training platform
- Build relationships & recommend preventative maintenance to customers
- Providing advice and support to managers and staff on all matters related to Health and Safety and
Compliance in delivering a safe work environment for all - Administrative tasks including Quoting, opening RO, liaising with engineering team, warehouse and production team, closing RO, invoicing and payment.
- Have a thorough working knowledge of all relevant WHS legislation
- Assist in the review and maintenance of WHS policies, procedures and codes of practice in line with the organization and legislation
- End to end recruitment and onboarding of new staff
The Person:
- Somebody with a strong drive
- Strong communication skills
- Organized with good computer skills
- A proven Health Safety Management background
- Strong understanding of the legislative safety frameworks
- High attention to detail
- Demonstrated experience in the implementation of WHS policies and programs;
- Strong planning and organizational skills along with excellent time management ability;
- High attention to detail;
- Possess advanced communication and influencing skills at all levels
