- Previous management/leadership experience
- Organized and have excellent computer and communication skills
- Incredible customer service skills
- A charismatic leader with a focus on team culture
- A mechanical trade or sound mechanical aptitude is preferred
- Professional written and oral communication skills
- A background in Automotive workshops is essential
The Job
- Manage a store dealing with all mechanical and servicing repairs
- Manage 3-4 techs
- Create and manage rosters so everyone enjoys a good work-life balance
- Must hold Cert 3 in Light Vehicle qualification
- You’ll love customers as much as their cars
- You should have a passion for success and enjoy leading and organising people
