Just Automotive Recruitment is helping in looking for an experienced State Manager that will join their team in Wingfield, South Australia. The State Manager is responsible for the achievement of the State's annual Market Plan and long term Business Plan revenues, profitability and business development objectives, across all business functions being undertaken within the State.
The job:
- Achievement of revenue and profitability targets for all commercial operations in the State.
- Developing and supporting the implementation of business strategies that will create a competitive advantage.
- Demonstrate support for the development and growth of the company's Total Transport Solution Products and Services within the State in line with the Business Plan.
- Representation as the key leader for the State – external and internal perspective.
- Support the development and growth of the Company's Total Transport Solution Products and Services within the State in line with the Business Plan.
- Together with Head Office, develop and support the implementation of business strategies that will create a competitive advantage and increase the company market share in line with the business plan objectives.
- Assume overall responsibility for business development, sales and management control of the company's operations within the relevant State
- Assume overall responsibility for the development, implementation and Business Plan objectives.
- A strong contemporary leader who can communicate a vision and be enthusiastic about continuous improvement, coaching, developing and empowering colleagues to deliver excellent customer service at all times.
- Results orientation and ability to achieve desired results professionally within agreed deadlines
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to build and manage relationships with customers
- Previous experience in sales and aftersales leadership and management preferably in the heavy vehicle or a related industry
