Due to a period of strong growth, Just Automotive Recruitment is in search of an experienced Service Manager that will join their team in Dandenong. Truck / Trailer background - $110 + car. Mon – Friday flexible start time.
Your Skills:
- Previous experience as service manager, Trailer / Trucks background is ideal
- Staff leadership and management experience
- Process-driven and strong customer service focus
- Previous experience running a service team and workshop
- Grow the service business
- Customer Satisfaction - to be maintained at the highest levels
- Staff management about 34 guys in the team
- Ability to deal with customers
- Strong focus on managing the day to day operations of the service department
- Run the workshop
- Quotes for tenders
- Manage the WIP
- Work with the workshop manager on margin and revenue
