The primary responsibility of this position is to provide service to customers who require their vehicle to be repaired or maintained by the workshop team and to act as the liaison between the customer and service department/workshop.
Your SKILLS;
- Mechanical knowledge/aptitude
- Trade qualifications (preferred although not essential)
- Current heavy vehicle licensed
- Well organized
- Strong computer skills
- Previous experience as a service advisor will be highly regarded
- Provide a high level of customer service
- Liaise between the workshop and customer
- Scheduling jobs
- Communicate with customer and service department with progress updates
- Price up and quote customers on repairs or extra work
- Prepare accounts/invoices for completed jobs
- Handover and explanation of work completed to the customer
- Focus on WH&S requirements
- The primary commercial vehicle distribution center in Sydney
- Well located facility
- Also provides sales, parts, and service
- Mixture of heavy commercial vehicles
