The person:
- Previous experience managing a busy workshop needed
- Strong communication skills
- Good people management skills
- Ability to deal with customers and suppliers
- Ability to lead staff
- Positive and proactive personality
- Assisting with day-to-day workshop operations
- Allocate work accordingly
- Assist with organizing parts for service and repairs
- Customer service
- Role will also see you be active on the tools when it's busy
- Monitor workshop and mechanic efficiency
- Allocating jobs
- Opening and closing job cards
