Our client is a well-known and respected commercial vehicle dealership. Just Automotive Recruitment is assisting in the search for a motivated Spare Parts Specialist to join the team in Arndell Park.
About the role
To deliver precise customer service, efficient inventory management, and seamless collaboration with service and sales teams for optimal truck spare parts support.
Duties
- This position is back counter sales
- Interpret, quote and sell parts
- Provide prompt, courteous and efficient service at all times
- Prepare and process invoices, part requisitions, inventory documents and vendor orders
- Saturday mornings on a rotating roster (once per month)
- Must be an Australian Citizen with full working rights.
- Current Australian driver’s licence
- Experience in heavy vehicle parts interpreting essential
- Previous experience with Japanese manufacturers is highly desirable
- Ability to build rapport and foster successful relationships within the workplace
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- An ability to work autonomously
- Knowledge of ERA systems (preferred but not essential)
- Monday – Friday 8:30 am – 5:00pm
- Half-day Saturday roster (OT) once a month
- Salary $65,000 + OT + up to $35,000 Bonus per year.
