About the role
Become an essential part of a leading automotive team in the role of Dealer Support. Your Parts expertise will ensure the Dealer network and customers receive the right parts and accessories, contributing to seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
Duties
- Expertly assist in parts sourcing and interpretation.
- Keep Dealers and customers updated on order progress.
- Collaborate cross-functionally for efficient responses.
- Liaise with global counterparts for part availability.
- Proactively contribute to our parts business objectives.
- Stay abreast of industry changes and communicate effectively.
- Respond diligently to Dealer enquiries and process VOR orders promptly.
- Collaborate with Dealer Support Specialist to create training material.
- Complete any other related duties as required.
- Must have Parts Interpreting experience preferably in a dealership.
- Strong mechanical background preferably in trucks or cars.
- Proficiency in EPC and AS400.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Competitive salary $75,000 - $80,000 + Super
- Monday to Friday schedule for work-life balance.
- WFH!! – Work from home 2 days a week after training period
