Our client is a leading specialist in Automatic Transmission repair and services. Just Automotive Recruitment is helping in the search for a Branch Administrator to join the team in Dandenong.
The Role
- Providing general administrative support to the branch
- General administrative, reception and office duties
- Share the responsibility of maintaining high standards of customer service
- Ensuring day-to-day reception operations are undertaken professionally
- Maintain orders for stationery, office and workshop (liaise with workshop manager) supplies
- Provide customer service to phone and face-to-face customers
- Collect data, file and maintain records
- Ability to build rapport quickly with customers and conduct counter sales
- Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
- Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and offer a full range of administrative skills.
- Excellent accuracy in data entry
- Ability to manage conflicting deadlines and assess work priorities
- Has enthusiasm, initiative, curiosity and the ability to ‘make things happen
- Has previous experience in office administration
- Is confident with technology
- Possesses a positive, proactive customer service ethic
