Donna first started in the recruitment industry in the dark ages, starting up the Sydney operation for a boutique Melbourne IT recruitment company. Donna was involved in all functions of the business; sales, marketing, real estate, recruitment, budgets, business strategy and financial management. The Sydney branch grew to a team of twelve before the organisation was sold to a national competitor five years later. Having subsequently spent several years in her own small business, Donna started working with Just Automotive Recruitment in early 2011. Using skills gained from working in most facets of the recruitment industry, Donna supports Jason and the Just Automotive Recruitment team by ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the business.
