THE PERSON:
- Strong background in customer service
- Previous experience as service advisor or controller
- Technical background with hydraulic equipment highly regarded
- Ability to multi task and prioritise your workload
- Strong communication skills
- Good people management skills
- Liaise between the workshop and fleet customers
- Allocating and managing jobs & parts accordingly
- Communicate with customer and service department with progress updates
- Schedule repair or service work required for customer equipment
- Raising closing and costing job cards, managing time sheets etc...
- Prepare accounts/invoices for completed jobs
- Processing warranty claims and writing warranty description
- Managing parts stock levels
- Support with inbound and outbound deliveries
- Sales of parts and accessories
