Workshop Manager/controller needed to run workshop & look after team of mechanics & body builders Service, repair & refurb rental fleet $90k + vehicle
 
The Role:

• Managing workflow through workshop;
• new truck builds
• refurb & service of rental fleet
• external customer servicing & repairs
• managing service contracts
• Implement and ensure Quality control processes.
• Looking after workshop admin & parts order/inventory

The Person:

• Ability to lead a team (10 -12 technicians/body builders)
• Project Management experience
• VASS certified ideal but not essential
• Excellent communication skills
• Good understanding of productivity & efficiencies
