We are working with an industry leader providing sales, service and repairs in the EWP, crane and mobile hydraulic equipment field. Just Automotive Recruitment is assisting in searching for a Spare Parts Specialist to join their team in Penrith, NSW.
The Role:
- 60% of the role is back counter
- 40% is front counter service and responding to email and phone enquiries
- Responsible for parts sales, interpreting and developing relationships
- Preparing quotes and processing orders
- The role will include identifying parts, advising customers, helping customers with their enquiries
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Truck or heavy machinery/ag parts management experience (Light vehicle also encouraged)
- Experience interpreting spare parts
- A strong customer focus, with the ability to build relationships.
- Excellent computer skills
- Strong relationship-building skills
- Automotive or related industrial background would be beneficial.
- Strong computer skills (I T Savvy)
