The Role
- Control the workflow throughout the workshop
- Plan service to repair ratio
- Maintain and optimize part supplier contracts
- Managing the front desk staff.
- Implement and maintain processes and procedures for the workshop to fix it first
- Mentor and upskill staff and technicians
- Run the service department at optimal levels
- Drive quality and efficiency throughout the workshop
- Focus on customer satisfaction
- 7.30am – 5.30pm Monday – Friday, NO WEEKENDS
- Qualified Mechanic
- Strong communicator
- Ability to manage a productive workshop in a safe clean environment
- Excellent organizational skills
- A passion to strive for customer service excellence
- Motivated by success and passionate about working and achieving higher results.
- Excellent time management skills
