The Person:
- Previous experience as service manager, Industry related / Automotive background an advantage.
- Staff leadership and management experience
- Strong customer service focus
- Previous experience running a service team and workshop
The Job:
- Manage daily operations of the service department
- Responsibility for department targets/kpi's
- Looking after 4 brands
- Lead and manage a team of 12 staff
- Responsible for labour recovery and service performance
- Lead and mentor front of house and service team
- Main point of contact for warranty and customer-related issues
- Resolve disputes
- Oversee and monitor warranty claims
- Drive service and maximize profitability
- Monday-Friday 8.00am – 5.30pm
