The Position:
- Provide service to customers who are having their vehicle repaired or maintained by the workshop team
- Act as the liaison between the customer and service department/workshop
- Provide a high level of customer service
- Book in service and repairs
- Communicate with customer and service department regarding progress updates
- Raising job cards
- Prepare accounts/invoices for completed jobs
The Person:
- You will have started in the automotive trade as a trade qualified mechanic
- You will have experience in a service environment
- Mechanical knowledge/aptitude
- Current heavy vehicle licence desirable
- High level of verbal and written communication skills
- Good computer skills needed.
