The Position:

• Provide service to customers who are having their vehicle repaired or maintained by the workshop team 
• Act as the liaison between the customer and service department/workshop
• Provide a high level of customer service
• Book in service and repairs
• Communicate with customer and service department regarding progress updates
• Raising job cards
• Prepare accounts/invoices for completed jobs

The Person:

• You will have started in the automotive trade as a trade qualified mechanic
• You will have experience in a service environment
• Mechanical knowledge/aptitude
• Current heavy vehicle license desirable
• High level of verbal and written communication skills
• Good computer skills are needed.
