Australian business specializing in semi-trailer sales, service and repairs. Due to a period of strong growth, our client is looking for an experienced Service Advisor to join their team.
The Role
- Raising/closing job cards
- Scheduling jobs
- Extensive customer contact
- Invoicing
- Warranty
- Liaison between workshop and customer
- Hours Monday – Friday 6 am start
- Previous experience in a service advising role (with a truck or heavy vehicles ideally)
- Strong work ethic
- Excellent computer and phone skills
- Mechanical background or aptitude
- Excellent customer service skills
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
