- Bookings and service enquiries
- Raising & closing job cards
- Preparing Service and repair quotes
- Liaising with Service Managers and other internal staff.
- Monday to Friday (8am-5pm)
- Half day Saturday (rostered 1 in 3)
- Prior experience as a service advisor
- Heavy vehicle background preferred though open to consideration for light vehicle advisors.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Previous experience with Auto-IT an advantage
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Methodical and professional at all times
