Job Description
The primary responsibility of this position is to provide service to customers who require their vehicle to be repaired or maintained by the workshop team and to act as the liaison between the customer and service department / workshop. Ideally, you will currently be a service advisor working in the Heavy Vehicle Sector or you have experience doing so.
The Position:
- Providing a high level of customer service
- Managing the relationship between the customer and service department/workshop regarding progress updates
- Scheduling repair/service work for customer vehicles
- Raising & closing off job cards
- Warranty report
- Prepare accounts/invoices for completed jobs
- Strong organisational & customer service skills
- High level of verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong customer focus
