The company we are recruiting for is an international player in the telehandler, all-terrain forklift, loader and related equipment market
The role:
- Processing Machine Sales & Orders and Invoicing / Machine stock control
- Services & Solutions team support
- Sales Team Office Administration Support
- General Administration Support
- Sales Administration (80%), Services & Solutions Administration (15%), General Office Administration (5%)
- Excellent interpersonal relationships and Customers focus mind
- Good communication skills, inclusive of verbal, written and formal presentations
- Warm Personality and open-minded
- Organized, and rigorous with processes and administrative/paperwork management
- Strong numerical and computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office
- Good Team spirit, and experience working in a small team is an advantage
- A self-starter, able to manage their time and take the initiative is desirable but more importantly someone happy to take direction and fulfil a support role is essential
- Person who wants to participate strongly in the development of a growing business
- Flexibility to work and adapt himself/herself to different cultures and new projects
