Rental Clerk required for a busy truck and trailer hire business. Organised person who can solve problems quickly. Knowledge of trucks and trailers ideal. Immediate start.
Our client is a fast growing Heavy Truck & Trailer hire business who is looking for a Rental Clerk to join their team in Ingleburn. Work Mon - Friday 7 - 4pm OR 8am - 5pm with no Saturday work. Great $$.
The Role:
- Taking bookings and reservations over the phone
- Understanding transport equipment configurations
- Liasing with the workshop and customers
- Keeping the yard tidy and fleet ready for hire at all times.
- Keeping paperwork up to date and correct
The Person:
- Good computer skills - Inspire rental system is used
- Strong knowledge of the transport industry
- Excellent customer service skills
- Previous experience would be an advantage
- Basic knowledge of NHVAS
