Job Description
We are looking for someone with resourcing / admin experience to join our small team based in offices overlooking the beach at Cronulla! You may have previously been in the recruitment industry and have a good understanding of phone screening, interviewing and reference checking. Alternately you may have working in the automotive industry and have excellent administration and people skills.
The role will be very focused on candidate resourcing and database management.
The Role:
- Resourcing candidates for roles we are working
- Writing and placing advertising
- Reference checking
- Candidate calling
- Hours: Monday & Friday 8.30am – 4.30pm Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday 10am – 6pm
- Keeping database up to date
- Recruitment or resourcing experience
- Administration experience in the automotive sector
- Good computer skills
- Detail oriented
- Enjoy working in a small team environment
- Results focused
