Our client is a well-established company and have been in the Automotive Smash Repair Industry for approximately 35 years. With employees serving a range of 10 to 20 years with the company, they have it worked out!
About the role
We are looking for a qualified Panel Beater or 4th Year apprentice to join the team, our ideal individual is honest and a team player. You can expect to work in great conditions, supportive long term team.
Duties
- Check received parts are correct and for defects.
- Disassemble vehicle as per Job Sheet.
- Repair vehicle as per the Repair Method, OEM standards and in accordance with Estimate and Job Sheet.
- Handle all vehicles with due care and attention.
- ensuring they remain safe, clean and in a workable condition.
- Adhere to our OH&S policy including PPE.
- Must be a qualified Panel Beater
- OR 4th year apprentice Panel Beater
- Must have a team first attitude and willingness to learn.
- Skilled time management.
- Follow instructions well.
- Love what you do and want to have a laugh along the way
- Permanent Resident or appropriate Australian working rights.
- As a Qualified Panel Beater, you can expect Weekly earnings of $2200.00 - $2500.00 gross + Super (based on experience)
- As a 4th year apprentice your weekly earnings will be in accordance to the MTAA Industry rate.
- Monday – Friday 8:00am – 4:30pm
- Full time permanent position
- Closed two weeks over Christmas
