- Qualified/experienced spare parts interpreter
- Truck background
- Front counter experience
- Well organized
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
The job:
- Front counter interpreting
- Assist with inquiries
- Working with trucks
- Meet and greet customers
- Provide spare parts advice to customers
- Ensure all customer enquiries and emails are responded to efficiently and professionally
- Respond to customer written and verbal requests
- Develop and build knowledge of company products
- Ensure all policies and procedures are being adhered to in relation to the ordering, dispatch and delivery of spare parts
