We are looking for a spare parts interpreter to join this great team based in Moorebank. You will be working for a family business designed to provide a ‘One Stop Shop’ for Motorcycle, ATV & Side-by-Sides enthusiasts who crave something different or are just after quality service and products at realistic prices. THE PERSON:
- Previous experience in a spare parts environment
- Mechanical knowledge or aptitude
- High-level communication skills (written and verbal)
- Good computer knowledge
- Exceptional Customer Service skills
- Proactive individual with a can-do attitude
- Team player
- Attention to detail
THE ROLE:
- Management of product orders- orders, pick pack and post,
- Updating website for products, deleting products from the website,
- Manage stock as you go
- 20% parts interpreting, 30% selling merchandise, 30% pick pack and post. Receipting and putting into stock, 20% inventory and web sales
- Quotes for customers
- Small team environment
- Hours Monday to Friday (8.30 – 6 pm), 1 hr for lunch, RDO every fortnight, Every 2nd sat is a must 8.30 – 4 pm
