THE PERSON:
- Experience interpreting spare parts – ideally truck spares but light vehicle spares experience will be considered.
- A strong customer focus, with the ability to build relationships.
- Intermediate computer skills
- A mechanical background or mechanical aptitude
- Trade qualified mechanic looking to get into parts
- Forklift licence an advantage
- Preparation of quotes, invoices and delivery notes and timely completion of other related documentation;
- Timely response and efficient management of customer enquiries from the front counter, email and phone;
- Assisting other team members in their daily activities.
- Order and process spare parts
- Positive, motivated team player with a strong work ethic
