Just Automotive Recruitment is assisting in the search for a qualified Panel Shop Estimator to join their team for a full-time role in Wodonga.
The person:
- Have excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Dependable, committed, flexible and able to work within a team
- Can work under pressure
- Skilled in quoting cars accurately and efficiently
- Self-motivated
- Ability to problem solve
- Open to relocate to Wodonga, VIC
- Accurately quote vehicles on time and in accordance with average repair cost targets and insurer/company procedures
- Processing vehicles on-site by carrying out vehicle arrival inspections, including mapping and imaging
- Manage parts for repairs to ensure timely arrival and cost-effectiveness as required
- Manage suppliers to ensure additional work is recorded and authorized on time
- Assist with production management of the centre where required
- Ensure vehicles are repaired to their pre-accident condition
- Hand over completed repairs to customers
- Providing excellent customer service to clients and work provider
- Monday – Friday , 8.00am – 5.30pm, $65,000 - $70,000 PA
