Just Automotive Recruitment is in search of an experienced Operations Manager that will join their team in Arndel Park . We need someone who will ensure the business and our customers’ needs are met with exceptional service.
I am looking for a well trained dealership service manager looking for something a little different
The Role:
- Oversee the general running of the business – parts, service and operations
- Be the backup to the service manager / advisor
- Putting proceeds in place
- Getting key KPI in order
- Responsible for driving business growth
- Help support sales team
- Manage, coach and lead the team of 15 with 4 direct reports
- Maintain and create solid client relationships
- Base wage flexible and negotiable for the rite applicant. Mon – Friday 7.30 – 5 pm
- Strong service managerial background
- Technical background an advantage
- Ability to use computers
- Somebody who understands and can set process
- Heavy equipment industry background would be beneficial- people with light cars and truck experience are encouraged to apply.
- Highly organized
- Dealership service manager background preferred
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Excellent attention to detail skills
- Calm and professional demeanour
- Organized and diligent
