Experienced National Fixed Operations Manager needed to support senior management by taking on the responsibility of the effective and profitable running of the service delivery arm of this successful Australian company.
The role:
- Senior management position, leading a team of Service Managers and Service Centre staff
- Ensure that the best possible service is delivered to customers by all team members consistently
- Apply knowledge and experience of fixed operations, productivity, efficiency, and warranty operations to maximize revenue while both maintaining existing and winning new business.
- Ensure all vehicles and facilities are maintained and presented following company standards and client expectations.
- Responsible for executing business operations strategy to deliver high levels of customer service.
- Managing staff to set KPIs
- Focus on productivity and efficiencies
- Maintaining service delivery success
- Liaise and negotiate with suppliers
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative management style.
- Advanced computer skills and proficiency in excel, word, outlook etc.
- Must have the ability to work flexible hours and travel extensively, including over weekends and Public Holidays if required
- Can Look Beyond the Initial Customer Enquiry and Identify Other Business Opportunities
- Strong Practical Skills and Problem-Solving Skills for Fault Finding
- Ability and Knowledge to Provide on the Job Training to Service Centre Team
- Well developed leadership and people management skills
- Highly motivated with the ability to motivate and support those around you
- Ability to provide high levels of service while keeping an eye on the bottom line.
