You will be reporting directly to the owner/company director, you will be mentored through your first 90-days to help understand the product and specifics of the installations and eventually become the go-to guru for all things to do with installs.

- Must have strong electrical, mechanical and fabrication skills to be successful in this role.
- Installation of products (for example hand controls, assistive braking systems, assistive steering systems).
- Problem-solving - fault finding of electrical systems.
- Work with relay boards and comprehensive understanding of auto electrics.
- Competently read Auto-Data schematics.
- Manage all aspects of the Workshop (help build a high-performing workshop).
- Own and lead the workshop safety plan.
- Liaise with the installation partners across Australia and help educate them on product installation and problem solve when needed.
