The Job:
Carry out all service and repair work in line with Manufacturers specification
Reporting directly to the workshop controller/foreman
Some customer communication regarding technical issues
Carry out all Service and Repairs efficiently whilst maintaining a high standard of workmanship
Carry out electrical and mechanical diagnostics
Recording job cards accurately and carry out correct warranty repair procedures
Ensure all repair times are recorded accurately
Keep and maintain a safe working bay
Help mentor and train apprentices when possible
2 Shifts available, Day and afternoon [Day 7.30 – 3.30 , Afternoon 2pm-10pm]
17%-18% Shift loading , $30-$35 P/hr dep on exp, SAT avail + overtime
The Person:
Great communication skills
Ability to comply with OH&S procedures
Ability to work under pressure
Trade qualified mechanic
Will consider light vehicle mechanics looking to upskill
