The role:
- Responsible for the P & L
- Recruitment of staff
- Overlooking 2 workshops
- Strong skills in setting budgets for the year
- Ability to implement changes
- Being able to open branches interstate in Melbourne and Brisbane over the next two years
- Implement new procedures
The Person:
- Proven experience in growing and building a business
- Understanding costs
- Ability to manage staff
- Current knowledge of OHS
- Operational background in the Transport or Truck industry.
- Able to present a business case for growth plans and capex items
