Our client is a successful Australian based company with over 80 years of experience in forklift equipment hire. Just Automotive Recruitment are providing assistance in the search for an experienced Hire Coordinator to join the team located in Western Sydney Your main priority will be processing hire agreements and liaising with customer and account queries.
Mon – Friday 6 am – 4 pm, can start at 7.30 am.
Phone, dual cab 4x4,100k salary
· Look after 6 Mechanics, allocate jobs, and provide the schedules for the field teams in advance
· Liaise with field service mechanics, speak with customers, and suppliers
· Prioritize service calls to meet response times
· Ensure that acceptable work standards are maintained
· Ensure parts are on hand to meet supply requirements
· Manage workflow processes, from job card to invoice.
· Organize & manage the breakdowns
· No forklifts older than 2006. Most models are 10 years old, 8 series Toyota's mainly
· Hours Mon – Friday 6 am – 4 pm, can start at 7.30 am.
· Previous experience as a field service coordinator ideal
· With Mechanical forklift experience
· Must be from the forklift industry
· Excellent time management and organizational skills
· Ability to prioritize work
· Good communication skills both verbal & written
· Excellent Customer service skills
· High level of computer skills
