The Person
- Strong EA and admin skills
- Experience providing admin and secretarial support
- Excellent communicator
- Highly organized and autonomous
- Automotive industry background would be an advantage
- The individual needs to display a level of passion and diligence whilst presenting a professional image for the company and the Vice President - Product Support at all times.
- Minimum three (3) years secretarial experience in a corporate/administrative environment
- Diploma or TAFE Qualification in Secretarial or related Administration Support/Business Studies
The Job
- EA to the Vice President - Product Support and to ensure the smooth operation of the Product Support Division
- Provide operational support to the Vice President - Product Support
- Develop strong relationships with external clients, department staff, and other related professionals
- Dissemination of bulletins and information to Dealer networks for Parts & Product Support
- Answers and manages all phone calls, and types general correspondence for the Vice President and departmental staff
- Coordinate monthly department meeting, including venue and taking minutes
- Administrative support
- Maintaining databases
- Prepares and collects timesheets for employees of the PDC
- Assist with the coordination of company events
- Invoicing of Parts Support Packages and Sub-Committee charges to HD
