The Job:
Previous experience arranging finance for vehicle purchases
Experience selling a range of insurance options to customers
Work closely with the Sales teams to maximize opportunities
Management of the end-to-end finance and insurance process
Understand the legal requirements of the financial services industry
Weekend work is a requirement
DELIVERING 40 NEW CARS A MONTH AND SOME USED
Manage a young team, 4-5 salespeople
The Person:
Excellent interpersonal skills
Exceptional customer service
Proven sales skills
Autonomous and also a team player
Strong administrative skills
Good computer skills
