Just Automotive Recruitment is assisting in their search for an experienced Branch Manager to lead the team in the Mackay branch. This is a great opportunity for an experienced branch or general manager to work for an industry leader.
The Job:
- Liaise with management team to set and manage budgets, KPI’s and goals
- Work closely with the sales team to help achieve sales KPI’s
- Analyse and act on monthly profit and loss reports
- Provide exceptional and professional customer service
- Help drive new business growth and management of existing customers
- Guide and grow management team, focusing on the efficient operations of their departments
- Identify staff training and implement training programs as required
- Continuous improvement: Evaluate current needs and anticipate future needs of the branch and recommend changes or new provisioning to the CEO
- Enforce and ensure compliance of company policies and procedures and safe work practices
- Comply with all company policies and procedures and the terms of your employment agreement
- Branch management experience in the heavy vehicle sector.
- Experience managing and mentoring in a sales environment
- Parts and service knowledge and experience
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Focus on customer service skills
- Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills
