Our client is looking for a Technical Phone Support Rep to provide a high level of customer service (via phone and email) to their customers. Training will be provided, great career opportunity.
- Making customer calls – 80% outbound 20% inbound
- Keeping CRM up to date
- 80% making CSI calls to see that customers are happy
- 20% handling basic tec support questions
- Use your technical background to help support customers.
- Log and escalate any customer issues as required.
- Liaising with tech support team
- Hours 8:30 am – 5:00 pm
- Multi task and prioritise work load
- Trade qualified mechanic or Auto Electrician
- Intermediate computer skills
- Attention to detail
- Great phone manner
- Good time management
- Customer service focused
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
