At Just Automotive Recruitment we specialize in recruiting to the Automotive sector. Our clients are mainly in the heavy vehicle / truck and plant / construction machinery fields and they are busy.... which means we are busy too!
Due to our continued growth, we are looking for someone either with recruitment / resourcing experience, or have a trade background and a desire to learn sales.
Requirements:
- Recruitment experience or trade background
- Good computer skills
- Detail oriented
- Enjoy working in a small team environment
- Results focused
- Previous experience in the truck, plant or Automotive Industry
- Previous experience as a mechanic, sales person, service advisor or parts interpreter.
- Mentoring & training
- Ability to earn a good income ($60-$90k base OTE $110-140k)
- Great working environment
- Admin staff to support with all marketing, ad writing, reference checking and candidate sourcing
