We are recruiting for a leading specialist in Heavy Diesel Service items and accessories. Located in Sydney, you will bring your exceptional interpreting and customer service skills to the table and help their store perform at its best. The ideal candidate will have a background in Heavy vehicle / Plant equipment spare parts though Light Vehicle Backgrounds will be considered.
The role:
- Front counter and phone sales
- Sourcing parts via Vin search
- Completing warranties and customer returns
- Preparing quotes & providing technical advice
- Stock ordering and merchandising
- General housekeeping of the showroom
- Onsite training will be provided
- Hours Mon – Fri 8 am – 4 pm + occasional Saturday a month at overtime rates.
The Person:
- Easy-going personality and great team player
- Stable work history in a related role
- Ideally, you will be a qualified parts interpreter
- Good computer skills
- Great communication skills (verbal and written)
- Good knowledge of Filters & Lubricants
- A forklift licence would be an advantage
