Job Description

Our client who is well known and respected in the 4X4 industry are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Administration clerk to work in this fast paced and friendly working environment.  There is scope for career development for the successful candidate.
The role:
  • Completing quotes both on the phone and on email
  • Ordering stock items when needed
  • Organising and scheduling work
  • Liaising with both the dealer and workshop in organising the work 
  • Mon – Friday 8am – 4pm
The person:
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Ability to multi task
  • Great customer service skills both written and verbal
  • Exceptional follow up and follow through skills
  • Full drivers licence required as some delivery of cars maybe required
  • High attention to detail required
  • Enjoy working in a fast paced environment
  • Mechanical knowledge not necessary
